The Best Diet Plan Ever!!!
A proper balance of moderate amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and fats is the best long-term diet. Be selective – choose good fats, low glycemic carbs and lean protein such as fish, skinless chicken, soy and beans.
To function optimally we need an adequate quantity and quality of food. It’s best to limit your calories at each meal. It’s actually best to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day.
Eat 90% “Live” food and only 10% “Dead” food
Live Food is unprocessed fresh food. These foods are loaded with nutrients, enzymes, vitamins and minerals.

- Whole Wheat Bread
- Fresh Fruits
- Fresh Vegetables
- Fresh Fish
Dead Food is synthetic or highly processed foods. They have little to no nutritional value.

- Margarine
- Sodas
- Candy
- Donuts
- French Fries
- Fast Foods
- Hot Dogs
