The most recent statistics tell us that 69 percent of American adults are overweight or obese.  More than 1/3 of our children are overweight.  Everyday people are dying from cardiovascular disease or cancer.  Diabetes is epidemic!  Our 12 Week Weight Loss Course has been developed to assist you in taking charge of your health.

One of the main reasons that most people are unable to reach their health goals is due to lack of a support system.  There are numerous studies that emphasize the importance of a support system.  A study conducted by Brown Medical School found that adults that received email support from a mentor were more likely to achieve their health goals.  The North American Association for the Study of Obesity found that women who regularly met with a mentor were more likely to keep their weight down.  The US Preventative Services Task Force advises that all who are trying to lose weight should get regular counseling and nutritional education.  This is one of the many reason that our 12 Week Weight Loss Course can help you.  The 12 Week Weight Loss Course is a Weight Loss Mentorship Program.
